DELIVERY OF THE ONLINE PURCHASE: Products purchased online are shipped and delivered In Italy, in 7 working days, by express courier, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00. All orders received are processed and shipped as soon as possible following the authorization of the credit card payment and obviously according to stock availability.
PRICES: All prices on our site are VAT included. The prices shown on this site are the current sale prices. In the event that the price of the ordered product is reported by Strappelli Guido in a clearly discordant way, the order may be cancelled at any time by Strappelli Guido or by the customer provided it is before the goods have been sent and it will be possible to reorder the products at the correct sale price.
PAYMENT: The payment of the purchased products and the relevant shipping costs must be made by the customer at the time of placing the order through the use of a credit card indicated on the online site during the purchase procedure or via PayPal. Strappelli Guido is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by 3rd parties of credit cards upon payment of the products purchased.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:To exercise this right, the customer must contact the Assistance Service at the number shown in the Contacts section, follow the instructions given by the operator and send a communication to Strappelli Guido to the effect within 7 working days from the date the goods were received. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by telegram or fax always sent within the aforementioned term of 7 working days and followed by a confirmation sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Strappelli Guido will quickly communicate to the customer the details on how to return the goods.

IMPORTANT: As the only charge, and if the error is not due to a fact attributable to Strappelli Guido, the customer will have to bear the costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned intact in the original packaging complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage. Upon arrival in the warehouse the goods will be examined and in the presence of damage, or if the goods have been tampered with, the withdrawal cannot be exercised. Strappelli Guido will refund the customer the full amount already paid excluding any expenses incurred for shipping within the terms of the law. The refund will be made by crediting the amount due on the credit card used by the customer for the purchase subject to refund. It will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide all the information necessary for a correct and prompt reimbursement procedure.

COMPLAINTS: Any complaints must be addressed directly to Strappelli Guido after prior contact at Customer Assistance, telephone number + 39 0861 887 402 or at the following e-mail address, Strappelli Guido undertakes to respond to complaints within 7 working days.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT: The sales contract between the customer and Strappelli Guido is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the sale, interpretation or execution of the aforementioned contract, the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the Teramo Forum is established.

RETURN POLICY: If you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased on our site, we would be happy to refund you the price paid or send you another replacement product. You must first contact the Assistance at within 14 days of the purchase. We will accept the return of any item purchased on our website provided that;
. It has not been altered or damaged in any way
. The receipt of the order online, receipt or invoice is included.

It is returned within 15 days of receiving the order
If you wish to make any changes, please contact us at attaching the copy of the order and the receipt or invoice received. In the event of a return, the shipment will be at your expense and will always be carried out with a traceable shipping method, ( usually express courier). If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer/Return Service at sending 1 or more photos of the damaged product together with the receipt or invoice received. We will promptly arrange for a free replacement once the damaged goods have been received.

For your security please use a traceable and verifiable shipping method (Express Courier) for shipping items to be returned.
For personalized items it is not possible to make returns or refunds due to second thoughts about the purchase or the type of customization requested since the Right of Withdrawal does not apply to personalized items (art.5 comma 3 letter c of the Legislative Decree 185 22.5.99
