TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
DEFINITIONS Unless otherwise diversely and expressly foreseen in other specific provisions, the following list of terms have, in the present Conditions of Sale, the meaning attributed to them in these definitions:
By Working Day /Days we mean the days in which our offices are open for normal activities which is generally Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00 with the exclusion of Saturdays, Sundays and National or Local holidays.
Force Majeure Events: Circumstances beyond our control, include for example but not only, any situation resulting directly or indirectly from Pandemia, Strikes, Lockouts, Fires, Floods, Proven impossibility to procure products, materials or services, Breakdowns, Delays from Suppliers or Couriers, Government laws or regulations or any other cause or event beyond our control.
CUSTOMER: the subject, natural or legal person who purchases Strappelli Guido products on our online site.
PRODUCTS: All the Strappelli Guido goods that can be purchased on our online site.
OBJECT: These General Conditions of Sale have as their object, the purchase of Strappelli Guido products from the online store on the website www.cantinastrappelli.it belonging to Strappelli Guido, VAT registration number 00742340672, situated in C. da Torri 16-64010 Torano Nuovo (TE). These purchases are reserved for direct user customers only. Any purchase transaction will be governed by these General Conditions of Sale in accordance with the Italian law, in particular the Legislative Decree 70/2003 regarding e- commerce and the Legislative Decree 206/2005 with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts. By using our site to purchase the customer declares to be of age. The customer will be identified through the data entered by the same in the order proposal. It is forbidden to provide false or invented data: Strappelli Guido is exonerated from any responsibility in this regard.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER/CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT: When the customer places an order on our online site, they agree to purchase all products placed in the shopping cart at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale. The transmission of the order implies total knowledge of these General Conditions of Sale by the customer and their full acceptance.
Strappelli Guido will not accept orders: If the product is not in stock at the time of the order, (in any case if the product is not available it will not be possible to add it to the shopping cart), if the issuer of the customer’s credit card does not confirm the payment. However, Srappelli Guido reserves the right not to accept the order at his discretion. The order will be considered accepted only when the customer receives a subsequent confirmation e-mail that the order proposal has been accepted.
PRICES:All prices on our site are VAT included. The prices shown on this site are the current sale prices. Strappelli Guido reserves the right to change the prices at any time without notice. The prices to the public do not include any taxes, duties or taxes applicable in the country of destination of the products and/or services where this is different from Italy. These costs, which differ from country to country, are charged to the customer who is responsible for verifying the amount with the competent customs authorities. In the event that the price of the ordered product is reported by Strappelli Guido in a clearly discordant way, the order may be cancelled at any time by Strappelli Guido or by the customer, provided it is before the goods have been sent and it will be possible to reorder the products at the correct sale price.
PAYMENT: The payment of the purchased products and the relative shipping costs must be made by the customer at the time of placing the order through the use of a credit card indicated on the online site during the purchase procedure or via PayPal. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer will receive the bank details attached to the order form. In this case the order will be processed only after receipt of the credit by Strappelli Guido.
Strappelli Guido is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by 3rd parties of credit cards upon payment of the products purchased. The invoice will be sent to the customer together with the goods purchased at the time of delivery.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS: Products purchased online are shipped and delivered In Italy, in 7 working days, by express courier, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00. All orders received are processed and shipped as soon as possible following the authorization of the credit card payment and obviously according to stock availability.
The courier is responsible only for the delivery of the products. Strappelli Guido undertakes to collect and process any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the products.
Shipping costs are free. A minimum of 6 products is required.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Except when provided for by article 59 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 for personalized items, it will always be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal based on the provisions of the law, within 14 days of delivery of the products upon written notice to Strappelli Guido by certified e-mail at cantinastrappelli@arubapec.it, registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, anticipated by sending an e-mail to info@cantinastrappelli.it or by attaching the copy of the order and the receipt or invoice received.
Once we have received the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, Strappelli Guido will quickly provide the customer with the details on how to return the goods. The goods must be returned by and at the expense of the customer within 14 days from the date on which the customer communicated their decision to withdraw.

Note that the Right of Withdrawal also states that the goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage. Packages, packaging or objects that have been used or are not in their original condition will not be accepted. Once the product has reached us and after checking the condition of the goods, if this corresponds to the standards mentioned above, within 10 days we will refund the buyer the total amount of his expense, including any costs incurred for shipping the product subject of withdrawal. The refund will be made by crediting the amount due on the credit card used by the customer for the purchase of the good being refunded or on the IBAN (Bank details) indicated by the customer in the event that the purchase was made by bank transfer. It will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide any information necessary to Strappelli Guido for a correct and prompt reimbursement procedure.
COMPLAINTS: Any complaints must be addressed directly to Strappelli Guido after prior contact with Customer Assistance at the e-mail address info@cantinastrappelli.it or at the certified e-mail address cantinastrappelli@arubapec.it. Strappelli Guido undertakes to respond to complaints within 7 working days. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer/Return Service at the e-mail address info@cantinastrappelli.it sending 1 or more photos of the damaged product together with the receipt or invoice received. We will promptly arrange, after carrying out the necessary checks, a free replacement once the damaged goods have been received.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT: The sales contract between the customer and Strappelli Guido is concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the sale, interpretation or execution of the aforementioned contract, the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the Teramo Forum is established.
