Linea Colle Trà

All of the Colle Trà wines are produced by a process of spontaneous fermentation in which no selected yeast is foreseen, but only indigenous yeast, which is by nature present in the grapes. These wines do not undergo clarifying processes, filtration and tartaric precipitation and it is for this reason that any sediment at the bottom of the bottle is harmless, being perfectly natural.
