Pecorino
Colli Aprutini IGT - Vendemmia Tardiva
This wine is produced only in particular years when the right soil and climatic conditions are met. The 2015 vintage, is in fact, only the second to have ever been produced. Harvesting is carried out when summer is almost over, when the bunches of grapes are swollen with must and have high sugar levels. Thus, the alcohol content of this extremely particular wine is the highest of all our production.
