Our Strappelli Trebbiano d'Abruzzo derives from a clone of Trebbiano from an ancient vineyard of around 50 years. Compared to the more common Trebbiano clones, it differs due to its smaller bunch of grapes. Harvested after the second half of September, it undergoes fermentation in steel vats and is then transferred to the bottle.
