The Strappelli Pecorino Soprano derives from a relatively young vineyard of around 20 years and it is the earliest of the white vines. Grapes are gathered in the first week of September and thus the harvest begins. The name Soprano was created to associate the strong voice of a soprano with the decisive character of this wine.
