DOP
Our Cerasuolo derives from the traditional Montepulciano clone R7. The name of the wine is related to its colour, from "cerasum" which means cherry. This is obtained through a medium long process of cryomaceration during which the contact between the must and the grape skins gives the wine its bright cherry colour.
