When speaking of authentic wines, the connection to the Colle Trà Line is practically immediate. These wines are produced through a process of spontaneous fermentation in which no selected yeasts are foreseen but only and exclusively natural, indigenous yeasts which are naturally present in the grapes.
These wines do not undergo any process of clarification, filtration or tartaric stabilization. They are able to communicate their entire nature with the minimum but necessary intervention of the winemakers.
Impenetrable red color, intense and harmonious olfactory profile with a distinct hint of morello cherry. On the palate, the wine is enveloping, rightly tannic and balanced.

HARVESTING AND WINEMAKING
Hand-picked with careful selection of bunches, fermentation and long maceration at a controlled temperature, ageing in 225L oak barrels for 18 months and subsequent aging in the bottle.
