CROP TECHNIQUE
Grapes from organic farming, grassing of the vineyard, Guyot pruning.
HARVESTING AND WINEMAKING
Grapes are hand-picked with a careful selection of the bunches, soft pressing, fermentation and maceration for 13-14 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels for a period of 24-36 months, subsequent aging in the bottle.
