When speaking of authentic wines, the connection to the Colle Trà Line is practically immediate. These wines are produced through a process of spontaneous fermentation in which no selected yeasts are foreseen but only and exclusively natural, indigenous yeasts which are naturally present in the grapes.
These wines do not undergo any process of clarification, filtration or tartaric stabilization. They are able to communicate their entire nature with the minimum but necessary intervention of the winemakers.

HARVESTING AND WINEMAKING
Hand-picked with bunch selection, soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation and aging on the lees for 6 months. This product does not undergo any stabilizing treatment or filtering in order to preserve its natural evolution and integrity. For this reason, the wine may not be perfectly limpid and a slight deposit may be found at the bottom of the bottle.
